Yes. when you purchase any of our packages. We will automatically enroll you with one of the banks in order to have access to bank products. There s no requirement to have previous bank history. Everyone qualifies.

A bank product, or refund transfer is a payment solution that tax preparers can offer to their clients. Bank products allow your clients to deduct your tax preparation fees directly from their refund. Sometimes clients do not have the money to pay your fees up front.

If a client elects to use the refund transfer option to pay for your services they will incur a $99.95 fee.

The tax preparer does not incur the fee. The fee will be added to the preparation fee you are charging and be deducted from the clients refund.

For example:

$200 Tax prep fee due to you

$99.95 Bank product fee

$299.95 Total amount charged from the clients refund

When purchasing your Vida Tax Pro Software you will have access to the most current tax year and the 5 prior years. More years may be available at request if needed.

Keep in mind that only the 3 most current years may be e-filed. Other prior years can be prepared in the tax software but will need to be paper-filed. This is a constant between all tax softwares alike regardless of which tax software you utilize.

No. Vida Tax Pro does not charge additional fees to electronically file a tax return.

No. Vida Tax Pro does not charge additional fees to electronically sign a tax return as other tax softwares do.

No. Vida Tax Pro does not limit the amount of tax returns you file. It is unlimited.

Vida Tax Pro Software will need to be renewed annually.

If you choose to not renew, your files will continue to be available to you for your convenience. We will NOT lock you out of the software. You simply will not have access to e-file for the new tax year as you have not paid for the renewal.
